By using GlassCut ("the tool", "the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Description of service

GlassCut provides an in-browser tool for removing backgrounds from images, with additional touch-up and retouching features. The core tool processes images locally in your browser; no image data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Free use and paid credits

A limited amount of usage is available free of charge. Beyond that, additional usage may require purchasing image credits through our payment provider (Stripe). Credit packs are non-refundable once redeemed, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you process using GlassCut. Since processing happens locally in your browser, we never gain access to, or any rights over, your images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and edit any image you upload into the tool.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GlassCut to:

• Process images you do not have the legal right to use or modify;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure;
• Circumvent credit or payment mechanisms through technical manipulation.

6. No warranty

GlassCut is provided "as is." The automated background-removal and retouching tools are AI-assisted and may not produce perfect results in every case, particularly on complex or highly detailed images. We do not guarantee any specific level of output quality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassCut and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms or the service itself over time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
